Project Description
The Hill Group is the heating, ventilating and air conditioning contractor for the new four-story 80,000 square foot building.
The project includes two 210-ton screw compressor type water chillers, a 100,000 CFM custom fan wall VAV air handling unit, four 1500 MBH high efficiency condensing hot water boilers and seven pumps with VFD’s all installed in the Penthouse. Two cooling towers are mounted on the roof. The classrooms and offices are served by 115 fan powered (with ECM motors) and 13 standard VAV boxes all with hot water reheat coils.
